Not Much To Report

Hi Folks.

Not too much to report from Whitney, TX. Things have been quiet. Its been too cold to get out much. Tomorrow night the forecast is for freezing rain and sleet. I know Dad will really enjoy taking me out in that weather.

We took the trailer in to have some work done on it. Dad had an air conditioner/heater installed in the toybox room. Dad also had the wheel bearings repacked. MIKE... Dad had to pay since Robin wouldn't let you help him repack the bearings last summer, when her mother was coming to visit. While waiting for the trailer, we spent some time in Burleson, TX, the hometown of American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson. Mom and Dad also got their eyes examined and new glasses. I did get to spend sometime in Ft Worth playing with my friends Missy and Tanzi.

We have 3 1/2 more weeks in Whitney. Mom and Dad still haven't figured out where we will be going then since it will still be cold to head North . I want to go back to Medina Lake where I can play with the deer.

So much for now. Take care everyone!

Flea Market....That's A First For Me

Today Mom and Dad had me a little worried. They said we were going to a flea market. Just what I need....fleas. Boy was I surprised and happy to find that there were no fleas being sold. I don't need fleas. We had a great time watching people sell stuff. I guess one man's trash is another man's treasure. The owner of the flea market grew up in Clearwater, FL and even went to the same high school Dad went to. They sat around and talked about the good old days in Clearwater.

We are enjoying our time at Lake Whitney, TX. For the most part the weather has been nice, cold in the morning but warms up nicely in the afternoon. Its been nice relaxing and not even worrying about what day it is. We will be at Lake Whitney for at least five more weeks. Mom and Dad haven't figured out where we will be going next. We are planning to go to Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Dakotas , but only after winter is over with up there.

Take care everyone and keep in touch!
