Well, Mom & Dad took us for a road trip today to see the fall leaves. Lenny & I didn't see what all the hoopla was about but it was fun. Mom made Lenny & I chicken & rice for lunch which was real good. We got to see this great water fall and we rode the Blue Ridge Parkway. We drove 248 miles and we were tired when we got home but we had a great time.
We will be here until Nov. 15th and then we head to Florida. On the 12th of Nov. Dad & Mom are going to the Thanksgiving dinner at the park, sure hope they remember to bring us some turkey back. Well guess this is all for now.

Leaves are almost completely off the trees here. Where we are parked with the fiver it is a grove of oak trees. Will borrow friends leaf blower tomorrow. Another chore we will not miss come January!
Daughter and SIL were in Driftwood for a week starting 10/24. They said when they got there it was beautiful, by the time they left it was barren.
